"The room was very clean and had all the amenities. We did not have breakfast. Due to our late arrival and early departure, we didn't interact much with the staff. I think it was a great value for the price paid. No complaints of any kind."

"Booked 5 rooms. Friend in one room complained of sewer smell. Friends in another room had issues with sink faucet not turning off. Did not alert staff of odor but did alert to faucet issue but they were unable to rectify. Good location for our needs."

"Hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Shin-Aomori station. Easy check in. Room cleaning only provided every 3rd day. However provides new towels every day. Room was comfortable and efficient. Nice breakfast provided in mornings between 630 and 900. It is quite busy despite having a fairly large seating area. Surrounding area is quiet and safe but not a large selection of places to eat or shop. There is a laundry on the main floor."
