My room smell like mossy, the main dining room was handicap inaccessible, my room keys weren’t activated when checked in, you only have one key per room for 2 people! "First impression it is a scam. The place is run-down. The area surrounded are all deserted. It's 3 star resorts ,but advertise as 4 star. Most things are old and broken down main lobbies, roof, jacuzzi, pagoda, pond... Mosquito is another big issue. The cottage design in traditional way without bug net. Everyone got at least 10 bite marks."
