"Great location, great service, with access to Mayo Clinic via underground access. Only issue is there always seems to be minor issues with the rooms. Broken bathroom door once , TV access failed once, no soap once, —-the Tavern downstairs had a person who spoke no English and could not make him understand. The Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse is EXCELLENT. Quite walkable to the city as well. "

"The hotel was modern and clean, breakfast was lovely. My only complaint. I arrived 50 minutes before check in. Clerk said, “your room is ready.” To have early entry it costs $20. Typically if the room is ready you can go in for no charge. I resented that and found it to be tacky. "

"The hotel looks beautiful, very clean and roomy. Yet when I went to take a shower this morning, only drips of water without much pressure came out. Very disappointing. When I checked out, lady at desk just apologized for the shower not working. Won’t stay there again."

"The 3 best aspects of the property are the shuttle service to Mayo, the free parking & Twigs. But we do think the overall view is that the building is old & needs updates badly."

"Had the family suite and was surprised to find it had a half bath, a kitchenette and living room besides the 2 queen beds and full bath in a separate room for a great price! Also, right off the pool. The pool was great! Really nice for families with all age levels as there is a kiddie pool with a little slide and the big pool with big slide AND a hot tub for my oldest child (aka the hubby). Breakfast wasn’t great but there were a lot of people and it’s hard to keep up being that busy. The staff was wonderful! Will stay there again!"

"Breakfast was standard for a hotel at this level. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The suite was very small, could not fit my suitcase into the bedroom. The TVs were huge and right up against the couch and bed, making it difficult to watch."

"Location was convenient and easy access for our appointments at Mayo Clinic. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was easy to maneuver and provided adequate variety. All in all this location and stay simplified our visit. "
