The staff consistently treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care, truly embodying their motto, “The Art of Hospitality.” The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable; with excellent air conditioning, strong hot water, blackout curtains, and bottled water provided throughout our stay. The hotel is filled with stunning African art, creating a peaceful atmosphere that feels both luxurious and culturally rich. Small personal touches such as fresh cookies, fruit baskets, and handwritten notes made the experience feel intimate and special.
