"The hotel was full of personality and charm, each room had a different vibe but all were spotless and comfortably furnished. Staff were lovely and friendly and accomodating. Hotel is situated in the heart of the town amongst an array of interesting shops...great place to stay!"

"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

"Tout est parfait ! Merci pour cet accueil es plus agréable, la qualité du lieu et des installations. On se sent comme à la maison, tout est propre, grand, le petit déjeuner fait minute avec des yaourts, confitures maison. Je ne peux que vous recommander cet endroit bien plus chaleureux qu'un hôtel classique."

"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."
