"Title: Terrible Experience, Completely Unacceptable for the Price! I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment with my recent stay at your property. Despite paying over $1,500 per room, the accommodations, facilities, and customer service fell far below acceptable hospitality standards. Throughout our stay, we encountered the following severe issues: Poor Room Conditions: The rooms were in a general state of disrepair, featuring old, unvacuumed carpets and a broken refrigerator that was missing a leg, causing it to fall over and rendering it unusable. Unsanitary Bathrooms: The bathrooms were inadequately cleaned, with visible mold growing around the upper portion of the sinks. Furthermore, one of the toilets was difficult to flush and ran continuously afterward. Lack of Housekeeping: Our rooms were not serviced once during our entire stay. When we explicitly went to the front desk to request fresh towels, the staff handed us dirty ones. Facility & Tech Failures: The WiFi in Room 429 was completely non-functional. Most concerningly, we became stuck in the property’s elevator on multiple occasions, which is a significant safety hazard. Overall, this was a terrible experience. The exorbitant cost of the stay was entirely unjustified given the deplorable conditions and lack of basic hygiene. I expect a prompt response addressing how management intends to rectify these systemic failures."

"It was an awful stay!!! 1. The web site stayed they have shuttle service to Liberty University. They did not and was told to take an Uber. That one of the major reason for me to stay at the La Quinta Later was told by a staff member they don't have enough staff to provide the service anymore. 2. Let see what did not work. The phone. Had to get a new one. The TV remote. Had to get a new one. The bath tub did not drain properly nor did the sink by the vanity. They fixed it. They said they did not provide hair dryers. After returning from an outing they "found" one. It appeared on the lower part of the vanity. The plug in did not work to plug the dryer in. 3. The bathroom was DIRTY. The toilet seat was so loose it moved back and forth. They fixed it. The toilet seat is so low. It is proper for an up to 6 year. The walls had stains on once you close the door from the inside it is really bad. 4. I had 2 wake up calls. The first on the 23rd. They said they were late calling by 11 minutes but the phone did not ring. the 2nd one on 24st again no call. I went to the front desk to make sure they got the request on the 23rd my check out day. Again no call I asked the front desk why not. She said she has did know of the request. She also said the phone may not be working. I told her they just replaced that phone. The other staff members were friendly and I really loved the dog friendly stay. I don't have one but I am sure others found it helpful. However, I paid to much for the stay"

"Traveled in for a night and what a great experience! From the moment I arrived, to my departure! Valet service was exceptional and the front desk was so welcoming! The room was wonderful and beautiful in every way! Breakfast on the roof was amazing, I recommend the avocado toast! 10/10 recommend all the way around!"

"The hotel was very clean. The pool was clean. The staff was nice. Love that they text you after you arrive, so you can text them for any needs (like extra blankets). The breakfast was impressive- best hotel breakfast I’ve seen in a long time. Ingredients for breakfast sandwiches, big muffins, yogurt and toppings, drinks, and more. If we ever go through this are again, this will be our go to hotel!"
