"Camera pulita e adeguata, il secondo letto matrimoniale un po' posticcio ma abbastanza comodo. La colazione era tipica italiana con brioche e cappuccino, si potevano prendere anche più brioches e altre bevande. Ho visto persone però che mangiavano uova e prosciutto a colazione, quindi anche salata se richiesta. La signora del bar molto gentile e disponibile."

"We stayed at this hotels last week and it was excellent, hence booking for our return stay. This week we were given different rooms which were not good and not clean . Staff didn’t seem as friendly and helpful as last week. On leaving hotel getting into taxi we got drenched by housekeepers throwing a bucket of water from one of the rooms . Hotel in great location for getting around and for train station and airport"

"This hotel was a a good hotel to stand in Luca. It’s a little off the beaten path, but not a far walk from town. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean. The hotel definitely has thinner walls so there’s a lot of noise. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean."

"We had a very enjoyable stay in the Hotel President. The room was clean and comfortable with an excellent shower. Breakfast was excellent with both buffet and cooked options available. Without exception the staff were amazing with friendly and efficient service throughout. The location was perfect with the beach and restaurants opposite and an easy ten minute walk to the station."

"Hôtel idéalement situé à Lucca. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et très serviable. La chambre est bien agencée et propre. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans le parking (payant) de l’hôtel après réservation. Cela est très pratique. Je recommande donc vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrai avec plaisir."
