A respeito da reserva 8155768738589, nossos funcionários solicitaram a recepção do hotel que fosse emitida nota fiscal de prestação de serviços para nossa empresa. Contudo, a recepção do hotel não foi simpática e informou que não poderia ser emitida tal nota e também não efetuaram o estorno do pagamento no cartão de crédito realizado para que cada funcionário fizesse seu pagamento no estabelecimento. Ainda colocaram a culpa no Hoteis.com pois isso deveria ser feito no próprio site. Saliento que fizemos diversas reservas em outros locais e o Arco de Araçatuba é o primeiro que colocou esse tipo de empecilho.

Hotel relativamente bom porém sem serviço de quarto, uma água você tem que pegar na portaria, um copo a mesma coisa. O pior de tudo é que logo as 6 da manha um barulho intenso de pombos e outras aves lhe acordam por que é intenso. No café da manhã um pessoal com cara de poucos amigos serve a sala

Hotel simples, mas bom. Senti falta de algumas comodidades, como água quente na torneira da pia do banheiro. O preço dos snacks e outros produtos oferecidos, como na maioria dos hotéis, era vergonhosamente exorbitantes. O café da manhã foi excelente.

Boa localização. O hotel estava bem lotado e não havia lugares para estacionar no estacionamento. alguns carros tiveram que ficar fora do estacionamento.

Noite para descansar

O quarto tinha ar condicionado com barulho muito alto, não tendo como dormir e tendo que passar calor a noite toda mesmo com a janela aberta, e uma luz piscando a noite toda (sensor de fumaça). A estrutura é antiga. O preço está alto para o padrão, na cidade tem melhores opções bem mais barato.

Reservamos no Arco pois os hoteis da rede geralmente são bons e valem o custo benefício, mas esse hotel deixou a desejar, estrutura extremamente antiga, o quarto que ficamos tinha cheiro de mofo e o ar de caixa não permitia a regulagem de temperatura e nem mudar a direção do ar, o banheiro era limpo mas as paredes estavam descascando o que deixa o ambiente ruim. Café da manhã de boa qualidade e a cordialidade dos funcionários também.
