"The property is about a 20min ride from the airport. The shuttle drivers was excellent BUT the room didn’t have no small towels they say no smoking but the hallways smelled like smoke. The shuttle was the BEST thing about the hotel they assist you with your luggage and they are on time."

It is 6 pages of paperwork to rent the room, and if you need another roll of toilet paper, you have to pay for it! No kitchen items. "Overall experience was quite good aside from the barking dog in the room next door. Although we love animals, we do NOT like staying in areas that other's pets are allowed. Staff, particularly the welcoming lady, was quite personable and cordial upon registering and checking out. Some questionable people on the property after dark. Questionable as in intimidating. Rooms were very clean and parking was quite adequate."

"The front desk clerk was awful. She had an attitude to begin with. She told me that I needed to put $480 hold I said all it said all I needed to pay was $9 at the hotel check in. She just pointed which way to go and was like go down the hall make a left then right then go half way down I'm looking at her like lady I don't live here I'm new to this facility and she just rambled off a list of instructions and information. "My refrigerator won’t work. My stuff in there were spoiled. It took them two days to change it. Floor had dog hair but it was cleaned after I notified the office."

"I was very disappointed with my first time visit. The pool and restaurant were not available. The room carpet was stained in several areas. The breakfast was very limited and dirty. The water in the bathroom sink was scalding to brush my teeth. The air conditioning was not good and could not be adjusted. "Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Upon checking in, the lady at the counter was by herself and handled a busy area all alone very pleasant and calm. Great job!! I would stay here again!"

"The rooms were very spacious, clean, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Laundry was a nice addition to the stay. The pool was amazing as was the outside fire ring. We also enjoyed the bartender and drinks which was a nice way to relax after a long day of sightseeing."

"The room was hot and muggy when we arrived, no water, no coffee or cold water in the lobby (could purchase room temperature). Dinner at the onsite restaurant was adequate, service was not great. $226 for a weeknight was ludicrous. Charged for parking. Overall unhappy. Staff didn’t appear happy, either - not a single smile to be seen."
