The location of this hotel could not have been any better for exploring Arbon over the Easter Holiday weekend. Most of the staff was gone for the holiday but the ones who were there went above and beyond, even for us non-German speakers.

Lovely old hotel with good breakfast. No person at reception for check in just had to buzz a number and follow instructions. No personal touch. Unable to Help with Swiss adapter.

this is a gorgeous hotel ion the centre of town with tons of character. very friendly staff and the rooms are really nice, very comfortable with all you need. the restaurant is superb. the breakfast a nice highlight as well. loved it.

Hotel de charm

The hotel was lovely but the rooms were very hot as no air con. There was a fan but this circulated the hot air. We had to have the windows open and there was vey loud music and noise from the bar opposite until 4am. I felt that the propert was very expensive for what you got

Geräumige, saubere Zimmer, welche zweckmässig eingerichtet sind. Das Zimmerklima war etwas warm und konnte nur mit Durchzug einigermassen angenehm gestaltet werden (Klimagerät zu wenig effizient). Lage des Hotels ideal, um per öV die Region zu erkunden (Bahnhofnähe ca. 10min. zu Fuss). Auch nah zur Altstadt und zum See (ca. 5min zu Fuss). Check-in/check-out unkompliziert, auch wenn bei Ankunft niemand anwesend war. Online Check-in verfügbar. Frühstück ist vielseitig, qualitativ gut und in stilvollem Ambiente. Preis/Leistung war top und somit gerne wieder.
