" Be extremely careful here!! They attempted to scam me as I left by overcharging me, my view is the guy was attempting to over charge me and steal the difference out of the till. It was only due to my insistence and loud voice that a manager came over and thankfully picked up on his behaviour. I would never stay here again if this guy still works there, despite the place being nice overall."

"Both rooms we rented had a very strong moldy smell. If we had another option we would have left Most of the plugs in the room didn’t work. The phone didn’t work. I seen an employee in the hall and let him know. He came in and looked and left and never came back. They knew and just didn’t care. The door knob kept sticking and we got stuck in the room and couldn’t call the front desk. My husband finally got it to work. Giacomo met us and showed us around the property. The room was very spacious and very clean. The beds were firm yet very comfortable. I would not hesitate to book again."
