"Key card system was down. Had to be let into room by employee every time. Smoke alarm missing and hole in wall where it used to be. Hole in wall under TV where wires went into. Not the worst but very very firm mattresses . Staff was helpful but scarce due to opening all the doors for guests."

"The first room we were given had a strong cigarette smoke odor and dozens of houseflies in the room. But, the desk staff was very good and gave us an option of 2 other rooms and allowed us to check them out first. The room itself was quite large and comfortable. There is a fitness room with exercise equipment but only a treadmill, elliptical and a few dumbbells. Breakfast was mediocre. The staff was very helpful!"

"$200 for a night's stay. Room smelled bad. Dusty, grimy, dated, yellowish pillows. Should have slept in my car. Ah regrets..."

"I booked two rooms, but one of the rooms had a severe water leakage issue. I informed the front desk about the problem, but I was disappointed with how it was handled. The hallways on the first floor had unfinished, exposed concrete, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Considering the condition of the property and the poor service, charging over $150 per night is completely unreasonable."

"Room was old and not very clean. Looked like a place where junkies stay for the night. The lobby had been redone and looked nice but the rooms were a different story. The bath tub had a half used bar of soap in it and the sheets had hair on them. It was complete with a broken ice machine and a light outside that blinked every few seconds like in a horror movie. It was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for."

"Oh coming in I was not even acknowledged by the front desk for several minutes even with standing right in front of her, she was very lacking in communication and customer service overall, I booked a double queen room and on check in was gave a double room, when I went down to inquire about the room issue I was completely dismissed, as it was gave the impression the clerk was hoping I just didn’t notice and it was basically a “oh well” situation to her, the tv didn’t work, the hair dryer didn’t...

"Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!"

"it’s a very beautiful property with way more amenities than i’ve ever seen provided for free at a hotel !but i would not recommend for solo travelers the front door is completely glass and there were windows left completely open which does make for a homey feel but i also as a women know the dangers that could be faced"

"Our stay was great. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. The location was within walking distance of restaurants. The front desk hostess, Melissa, exhibited extreme professionalism under duress by responding to the needs of the guests in the dining area and at the front desk. All the while maintaining a positive caring attitude. Definitely a person who needs a promotion."

"Like: Location - close to I-40, easy access. Restaurants nearby, no need to drive. Staff - helpful, friendly Breakfast selection was okay. The room is 99% clean, didn’t feel a 100% cleanliness. Hot tub - had a hard time getting hot water. I think the faucet needs to be fixed. Overall we had a great time and we’ll come back again because of the location."

"We have stayed at this location multiple times in the past 5 years. It has always been clean and the staff friendly. We have chosen this location due to the no pets policy it has had, however that has changed. We have nothing against pets, however my spouse is very allergic to the dander. It is one thing to allow service animals, but I personally saw 6 dogs during our 2 day stay and only 1 had on a service vest. The small elevator smelled like dog which is stomach turning when you are...

"Loved everything except for the lack of a working elevator. It’s apparently been out for awhile and we were located on 3rd floor. Other than that, everything was wonderful, room was very spacious, beds comfortable, staff were friendly and breakfast was good."

"Checked in and unpacked that door 120 someone else opened the door and they said they had booked for two nights went to the desk. They hadn’t paid for two nights so they had to wait in a sinus try to find us another room we booked handicapped. evidently Joe have booked the lady and not take payment for two days. Very frustrating for disabled seniors room, smelt, musty, and old. very incompetent Joe, who checked the lady in and then checked her out without paying, but she was still in the room."
