"We booked a room and we were not able to stay as the situation was out of our control and we had a death in the family. I tried contacting the hotel on multiple occasions and tried to cancel 4 weeks prior to our stay. No one ever called me back and never got back to me about a refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE "

There was a domestic violence issue outside of my hotel room during our stay that lasted a good 3-4 hours. I called 3 times to complain and the manager of the hotel called the cops on them twice, nothing was done. I was asked to change rooms but I’m not taking my family out and putting everyone in danger to switch rooms when the fighting is happening outside my door. I called for a refund for that stay and the manager said I never complained and there were no issues. RIDICULOUS. Also, the floors were DISGUSTINGLY dirty. STAY AWAY from this hotel. "
