Small but lovely rooms. The staff is fantastic. The lakeside rooms have an absolutely amazing view! We dined in the dinning room two nights. Food and service were very good. Breakdast was also very good.

Great location, 5 minutes from the train station. Spotless rooms, great Wi-Fi, and the best value, perhaps, in all of Switzerland. And just for cred, I have been to Europe more than 250 times, so I know hotels.

Comfortable clean practical room. Easy to get anywhere in Lugano. The laundry room requires a bit of negotiation with others during busy times. Bring your own laundry soap and basket - for travelers this means a trip to the grocery store.
