"Nice little apartment with a nice kitchen and a great view of the mountain. No light on the stairs inside, which would have been nice (especially for people with tired legs after strenuous hiking). Eggs left for us each day, plus breakfast left in a box outside the door in the evening. Great place, and right off the trailhead for the Laguna Torre hike."

"The owner is very communicative, the apartment is nice but not well-maintained. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. The kitchen is not well-equipped (had to start the stove with matches, no oil/salt). The breakfast arrives to the front door, it wasn't fresh but they provided us with eggs as we requested."

"From the minute we arrived, Alejandro, Jose and Pablo were incredibly helpful and informative. Alejandro spent a lot of time with us telling us about local hiking spots and messaged us during to stay to see how we were doing. Room service was fast and delicious. "Cabana muito confortável e bonita, camas boas, o lugar é lindo. Íamos ficar apenas um dia e resolvemos ficar com duas diárias. Apenas o café da manhã deixou a desejar pois ele é entregue no chalé e vem pouca coisa, sem frutas. Pessoal muito cordial e querido, acenderam nossa lareira e sempre super solícitos. Gostamos muito! Única coisa que não pudemos pagar pelo hotel . Com somente na propriedade o que encareceu o valor pagando no cartão de crédito. "

"The apartment is very nice, clean and well furnished and the bed is so comfortable. We stayed at the 5th floor and we had such an amazing view from each part of the apartment. Everything was just perfect! The all staff is excellent, in particular I want to thank Angie from the reception: she has been so kind, she took care of us during all our stay ensuring everything was ok. We will for sure come back again to Departamentos La Vela. Muchas gracias por todo! "
