"Hotel . Com should have known and informed me about the pool being closed before 3-4 days before I left. The pool is the main reason I like that hotel. Should be a discount when all of the amenities are not available!!. That pool had been closed since the middle of April!!"

"Checkin was easy and quick. The room and facility are definitely out of date and needs a nice deep clean but the room was not filthy. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it was provided. Staff was nice and the hotel is in a nice area, very conveniently located next to a Walmart. We only stayed here for one night so for the price it was pretty much what we expected."

"The rooms were not cleaned. The staff is not prepared to greet you or help you the parking you had to hunt. The valet is down you don’t know whether you were getting your car or not. The bar was never open. The elevators did not work you had to use the stairs or service elevator for all weekend."
