"Breakfast is plentiful and adequate, if basic. Room had all the amenities I could ask for, was clean and quiet. Staff were very nice. Good place to stay when passing through Fargo/ Moorhead."

"We had 3 rooms 1. Floors had not been cleaned in bathroom - contact on floor, main area - clumps of mud on floor 2. Alcohol bottles under the bed 3. Asked for room to be cleaned since we were there 4 nights- did not happen, the comforter was a mattress protector - didn’t get a comforter until last night and was not put on bed just given to us, the thermostat did not work and maintenance was not available on Monday"

"The room was clean. The breakfast menu was fresh but somewhat limited. The hot tub was plenty warm. It was a good place to stay."

"Room was clean on check in but was not cleaned during the stay- didnt have very much interaction with any staff other than check in and out- he was friendly. Pool was nice(water could have been warmer) the room was nice enough , not the most comfortable bed or couch but overall fine"

"The night staff that checked us in were pleasant. But after that the service was terrible, front desk in the morning belittled us. The room had an odour that wouldn’t go away. The tub wouldn’t drain and they wouldn’t switch rooms. There was black gunk that ran out of the tap. No hospitality. "

"Honestly, when I go away, I really enjoy a hot tub this hotel advertises that they have a hot tub and it is literally a non-functioning hot tub which is hot bath water. I stayed here a few years ago. The jets worked in the hot tub and it was functioning and now the hotel is too cheap to fix it and they just label it as a spa so it was all right. "

"The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. "

"The pool was so bad, the whole hotel smelled so bad of chlorine that they had the windows open. My son’s eyes were blood shot from the second we walked through the door. Not too add we arrived later at night(which they knew) and our room was not prepared appropriately. The window was left open so when we entered the room it was about 50/55 degrees. You know when you get off of a long road trip and the first thing you ca think is where is the nearest bathroom? Well me too, but just our luck I was...

"Great place! Awesome lounging area,good continental breakfast, gave us a free happy hour with beer wine and snacks, clean nice rooms, and the porter creek restaurant there is top notch. "

"We didn’t even go in. We pulled up and saw how unclean it even looked just from the outside and decided to drive the few hours back home instead. We weren’t expecting perfection, we knew it was cheap and we weren’t paying much. But we just couldn’t get ourselves to stay."
