"It was very clean & comfortable but the smell of the shower room was damp. Also I noticed that the laminate floor was not very good. Tiree is really a beautiful island. Yes I would love to come back there again."

"Staff were okay. Room was clean and comfortable. Didn't use the restaurant. Seemed like converted hotel. We had a normal room with view. Everything worked (hot water, outlets, etc.) Only stayed here on because convenient on our way to Isle of Skye. I would choose to stay here again if I had to redo."
"This hotel was okay, but nothing special apart from the lounge where the bar was and the fact that you can use the adjacent water facilities to a certain extent. However, I did think it was overpriced as the room wasn’t really any different from any other hotel room. The staff were helpful, my room was clean but there are a few cobwebs in the corners and the bathroom was a little tacky. I would imagine some of the rooms have a lovely view over the harbour but all I had was a bit of manky garden. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and it isn’t very far from the ferry terminal, so it’s quite convenient."
"Great location and lovely rooms.
The bed was super comfy and we had a great sleep. Though hotel was very busy it was also very quiet. The hotel is also very pet welcoming.
Only food available in the evening was in the bar and to be honest the menu is not appropriate for a large hotel with only 4 starters ( of which one was unavailable) and six main courses - 4 of which came with boiled rice. This really needs improvement.
The waitress ( there was only one) was lovely, very busy but also very courteous , attentive and friendly.
Breakfast was continental but lots to chose from and good, fresh produce.
Would absolutely stay again but unless menu changes would eat in nearby Helensburgh."
"A stunning hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are beautifully designed and the amenities are great. The only downfall of this accommodation is the keyless entry and no onsite staff. I very nearly had to sleep on the streets due to lack of support from hotel staff and a tricky entry system"
"The property was beautiful and the men who work there were unbelievably helpful. I arrived hours before my check-in time because of my flight and only had to pay a very small fee for early check-in. The room was gorgeous and very clean. There was an informational welcome packet as well as a booklet with things to do in the area."
"We are not golfers, but found this hotel an excellent, though expensive, place to stay. It had lots of amenities to appeal to non golfers and was in an excellent location with very helpful staff. A car is essential to stay here.
The breakfast was very good, as I am sure was the dinner. However we chose not to have dinner as there didn't appear to be much plain food on the menu. Although it may have been possible to ask for this, we felt the price being asked reflected the complexity of the menu, and plain food would not have been value for money."
