"The hotel is excellent, the location is great. I chose it or the price but had to pay extra $100 for parking. So the savings didn't really pan out but other than that, a comfortable stay, the location is close to lots of good place to eat, hang out. I was at a conference downtown which was walking distance. "After driving for 13 hours I was excited to find a cheap option in phoenix. Pictures definitely fooled me… I walked in to my room and went to plug in my cell phone charger… was greeted by a trail of cockroaches running in and out of the baseboard. Thank god I didn’t unzip any of my luggage. Refund process was pretty easy thank god"
