"Cheap, no-frills--if you're looking for a place to stay and aren't picky it works. My room was reasonably clean, A/C worked well but had a loud throb. They ran my card, but then wrote the whole number & the security code on the receipt. Person at desk claims it is confidential and no-one is allowed behind the desk. When I dropped off the key on the way out in the morning a pile of people's receipts with cc #'s were sitting there on the unattended desk if anyone wanted to grab them. This...

"The service was great, the breakfast was good but same each day, the exercise room and pool were average, (pool had crazy loud young boys playing soccer…. As boys are supposed to do… so couldn’t swim when I wanted to. All and all well worth the price of around $100/day. Oh, and VERY quiet location away from freeway."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at The Mill at Waunakee. It is a self check in hotel, so we did not deal with any staff. Ample onsite parking available. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was great! There is a coffee shop downstairs. We had two excellent breakfast experiences there. The location is terrific, walking distance to the downtown restaurants and shops. We had a very nice time!"
