"I just needed the basic room to sleep at night because I was only in the area for a week and we were really busy and didn't spend much time there in fact a couple of nights we stayed in another hotel in Vancouver. What I didn't like, I know there's not much of a way around it based on the property but there were these three garbage bins located right underneath my window. That was my view. One night there was a guy throwing things from one garbage bin into another he was dressed up in a workman type suit so I don't think he was like a homeless person I think he was just working late and it was after midnight and I had to get up early the next day and as soon as I tried to fall asleep I would hear this crash! Throwing things in the next bin. I don't know if they worked on this all night because at 4:00 I heard voices talking and they were also throwing things so maybe I fell asleep even with the noise and then just woke up again at 4:00 a.m. Then I had to be out by 0-500 that was a hard night. As far as the maintenance, on my last day there I saw a sign saying that the hotel was under reconstruction and I only wish the best for the future of the hotel because it was in need of repair, and upgrading. Possibly the worst thing was the HVAC system which consisted of two baseboard heaters and a "window shaker" air conditioning unit. If you left the baseboard heaters on even on low it got too hot, so you have to switch to the cooling at 0400hrs, but then the cooling hon"

"I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Had a wonderful check-in. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Was able to rent movies in the room which I love. Ate at the restaurant and the food was fantastic. Our server was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again."

"a very nice place for a city hotel. we had a room in a courtyard, you couldn't hear the road. courtyard nicely set up, green space, swimming pool, bbq area, a few places outside with tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor. room clean with everything fridge, microwave, coffee maker, real ceramic mugs. looks like the place is being renovated. the staff was very friendly. great for an on budget travelers. we would stay there again for sure."

"The underground parking was very dark and felt a bit uneasy as some of the lights were out. Breakfast was nice, but the toaster did not toast properly. Staff were very friendly and the room was clean. "

"We had a girls volleyball team staying in two of the villas and it was perfect and nice to have all the girls close in two units compared to hotel rooms. The property is beautiful and the amenities are amazing! We will definitely be back. Thank you!"
