"This hotel is good if you're just staying for the night for your early morning flight at CDG. It's close the airport and their shuttle is reliable. If you prefer not to eat at their resto, make sure to get food elsewhere bec there are no restos or stores nearby. Staff were courteous, welcoming and helpful. However, they didn't keep their promise of providing us a take-away boxed breakfast since we were leaving at 5:15am and breakfast starts at 6:30am. In their email, we were told we'll get a boxed breakfast. When we checked-in, the staff said we will only get a croissant and coffee at check-out. When we checked out, we only got juice boxes and cookies. There was a coffee machine though."

"We had an excellent stay! The front desk staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, so there was something for everyone. The shuttle bus to Disneyland was also very convenient and made getting to the park hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again next time!"

"Wasn’t overly impressed by the hotel. We had booked one of the onsite Disney hotels, because of our flights we needed to grab an extra night and our hotel didn’t have it available. We chose the B&B. When we arrived we were asked to put our bags in the baggage store. This is a paid service and I don’t think I have ever had to pay for a hotel to store bags! Not impressed as it cost about €19 to store the bags for the afternoon! The first locker didn’t work so cost us €5 with no way to get a refund and staff not interested. The hotel room was basic, which is fine for the price we paid; however the room was boiling hot and the thermostat didn’t work so basically slept in an oven all night. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel; it costs to store bags, rooms are hot and basic; and beds were not very comfortable. I would recommend spending the extra to stay at a Disney hotel or if your budget is stretched stay at the Campanile down the road. "

"Reception gave a key to my room to a group of complete strangers, meaning I had to chase people out of the room and away from my sleeping children at 1am. Hotel have made the refund process exceptionally difficult, had to complain to Accor head office."

"I had a good stay at Moxy Paris Val d’Europe Montévrain overall. The room was nice, clean, and a decent size, which made the stay comfortable. The hotel itself has a modern, stylish vibe that I liked. One of the biggest pros is the location if you’re visiting Disney—it’s about a 15–20 minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive, which is super convenient. However, the area around the hotel is pretty quiet, and there isn’t much within walking distance. It’s also quite far from central Paris (Gare de l’Est), and the traffic can be really bad going in and out, which made getting around a bit frustrating. Overall, it’s a solid stay, especially if your main focus is Disney, but if you’re trying to explore Paris more easily, the location might not be ideal."
