"Warm comfortable bed and room on a cold Armidale night after a long drive. There was wonderful fire burning downstairs which radiated warmth throughout the guesthouse. A sunroom provided some lovely afternoon sun on arrival. Easy walk into town for an evening meal. Attention to the little details made this guesthouse a great experience."

"The property is ideally located close to facilities and presents well on the outside upon arrival. However, it is far from being 'Elite' as it's name implies, with poor staff support who don't appear to live on site and glaring evidence of a lack of maintenance and thorough cleaning. Stained and frayed bath towels, dripping and leaking shower with some mould, and an evacuation plan eventually found on the floor in the closet in the room.
