"Helpful staff with pleasant personalities, though sometimes difficult to follow walking directions to places nearby. Our room had a spectacular view of a harbor and snow covered mountain. The shower, which had a swinging door and drainage on the bathroom floor, was odd, but we figured it out and it worked. With only a handful of free parking spaces it could be dicey, but we had no problem. We would stay there again, because it’s a great location."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making everything easily accessible. The building is elegant and beautifully restored, with a lot of character and charm. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was very clean throughout. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was nice and we were upgraded which we appreciated. But there is no parking. We had to find parking on the street several blocks away and go back and forth with suitcases which was very difficult. "

"Second stay. Was put in a refurbished room this time and so much more comfortable than the older room I stayed in previously. Would now highly recommend staying here especially if you get the more modern room. Location is great. Only negative is that breakfast is really pricey here so did not partake. "
