"Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few things that could definitely be improved. The room appeared mostly clean at first glance, but several areas needed better attention. The vents were dusty, and the top of the refrigerator was extremely dirty. We had set a cooler on top, and when we took it down, a noticeable amount of dust and dirt came with it. The breakfast was your typical continental setup, but unfortunately, the experience was impacted by the staff. One staff member was particularly unfriendly — my son asked a simple question about the waffle maker and was spoken to harshly, as if he had done something wrong. That interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants, which we appreciated. The surrounding area of the hotel felt a bit run down, though there are a few bars and grills within walking distance. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and customer service in the breakfast area, this could be a much better overall experience."
