"The bed was comfy but the TV didn’t work. There was a dead bug stuck to the bulletin board behind a piece of paper with hotel information. Not a huge deal, especially since we didn’t see it until we were packing up to leave."

"Room was dirty. Mold in bathroom vents. Walls in room and bathroom and hanging wall art stained. Headboards on bed stained. Soap dispenser in bathroom coming unscrewed from wall. Tub floor and walls dirty and soap dispensers in showers dirty. Arrived to find out what was booked was one bed but by receipt clearly said two. "I found several roaches in my room and when I notified the staff they moved my to a different room on a different floor. The new room had roaches as well. I cancelled my reservation and moved to another hotel."
