"Well the ambience was excellent, but they could be little more humane, because they stick to the check in time strictly, i have been to other hotels were the staff understanding the tiredness of the journey though it's well before the check in time are courteous and allow us to stay. If the hotel management works on this it will be great"
"Friendly staff, great customer service, the check in process was a breeze. Staff was also helpful with their recommendation of places to see and how to get there. "
"Great hotel. Close to airport. Shuttle was very handy. We had an issue with a double booking mistake. The front staff were excellent and very professional in helping us with this. Highly recommend this place"
"A spectacular hotel close to the airport in Lisbon. Very convenient for early morning flights. Breakfast bar available from 0300 hrs for early departures. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff."
"I was put in a ground level room which I was not thrilled about, with twin beds pushed together. I know this is common in Europe, but would have preferred a double. The worst part about the stay however was the overpowering perfume smell that follows you from the lobby to the room. Otherwise the price was reasonable for a hotel room that was literally a 6 minute walk from the front door to the check-in line. The breakfast bar opens at 2am which is a nice touch for travelers. I would stay here again."
"This is a great modern hotel near the airport. It also is an 8 min walk to a train stop.
The breakfast was amazing and the facilities were wonderful and very different than other hotels. The lounge was like nothing I have seen at any other airport in the world. The lounge is a great place for digital nomads to work or even meet clients. The workout facility was the best of any hotel facility I have stayed at in Europe. Uber to the airport was fast and inexpensive.
The pool on the roof was nice but above eye level, so if you were there to sunbathe you can't see the water and it was small and not big enough to swim a lap. Front desk was amazing, fun and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again."
"Location is ok close to the airport. Other then that it an average 3star like hotel. Rooms are small bathroom is small . Bathtub is very high feel like you are climbing up the mountain."
"The staff were amazing. The room was decent. The area was incredible. Close to all transportation. A supermarket across the street was a plus to the place. The parking was pricey but easy."
