"Our first visit to Tenerife and this hotel was marvellous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice, we paid for the larger patio with pool on the patio - this was cold which was a little disappointing. Though there is a tap to add water, most of the time it only offered cold/cool water. The pool may have heated more on other patios that received more sun but ours was in shade except for a 1-2 hrs/day. Close to the beach and many restaurants, shops, nightlife and there is a long boardwalk area that you can walk along the coast for miles/kms! "

The room was clean and comfortable, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. The staff were helpful and attentive, ensuring all needs were met. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"
