"Rooms are clean, the pool was nicely kept and warm there’s a few restaurants on the hotel grounds. The food wasn’t anything impressive but filling enough. The staff are really kind and considerate provided great recommendations as well definitely an overall 4 star hotel but a good experience. "

"This was one of the most uncomfortable hotel stays I’ve had. The beds were tiny twin beds, more suitable for children than adults, and the mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Getting a good night’s sleep was almost impossible. To make things worse, the room had no air conditioning. When I called the front desk to ask about it, the staff simply responded that they never said the room had A/C — no apology, no solution, and no effort to help. The lack of professionalism and basic customer care was extremely disappointing. The situation was so uncomfortable that I decided to leave the hotel early, even though my stay was already paid for. The hotel refused to offer any refund, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this stay did not meet basic comfort standards, and the poor service made it worse. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Our first visit to Tenerife and this hotel was marvellous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice, we paid for the larger patio with pool on the patio - this was cold which was a little disappointing. Though there is a tap to add water, most of the time it only offered cold/cool water. The pool may have heated more on other patios that received more sun but ours was in shade except for a 1-2 hrs/day. Close to the beach and many restaurants, shops, nightlife and there is a long boardwalk area that you can walk along the coast for miles/kms! "
