"had a good stay at Seda Central Bloc Cebu. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the manager was very understanding and helpful.
I stayed in one of the apartment-style rooms, which was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Having a stacked washer and dryer in the room was a great convenience, especially for a longer stay.
The pool and gym were serviceable and nice to have available during my stay.
There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The breakfast was okay but could use more variety and better overall quality. Also, because the hotel is located in the heart of IT Park, you should expect city noise. Even on a higher floor, I could hear traffic, and on some nights, nearby karaoke.
Overall, if you’re looking for a hotel in a convenient, walkable location with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, Seda Central Bloc is a solid choice. Just be prepared for the sounds of city life."
