"Our room was lovely and looked very clean. The staff were very nice, and seems like young hockey teams use this hotel often as there are "no mini sticks" signs in the hallways! The night was quiet and relaxing for the most part. A great hotel for the price point as others in the area are pretty run down."

"Despite Expedia advertising that the pool, hot tub, and dining room were open, we found out on arrival that all were closed due to renovations. The vending machine was also out of order. Worse, the strong paint fumes permeated the entire hotel, including the room. In -14°C we slept with the heat off and windows open to try and minimize the toxic smell. "Called two days before my stay- asked if the pool was operational (stayed here about a year ago as well for a few nights and pool was closed so wanted to double check) man on phone said yes, the pool is open. Upon arrival noticed sign on pool door saying it was closed due to maintenence and that it wont be open for some time and hasnt been open for a while either. The pool had already been closed before i arrived and i was mislead when i called."

"This “Stayvaction for a night” did not disappoint. Lovely view, friendly staff, spacious room and the Taste of Italy Night in the dining room was a wonderful meal. This time of year it is hard to use the golf course and outdoor pool, but they are equipped with a spa, workout room, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Just what we needed to recharge without having to travel hours to do so. Can’t wait to go back."
