Great location. Make sure changes have been made

Location is absolutely perfect. Our apartment looked over the Place des Heros and the town’s beffroi. However a few things need to be improved. We booked for 4 adults and we were given just one bath towel. There was loads of dirt and built up dust on surfaces, along baseboards, and under the sofa bed when we opened it. Sofa bed also had no sheets or pillows available. Fortunately for us one of party had already been to this property because our welcoming email did not mention which door we were supposed to use in the very large square. We were given one key for four adults meaning coordination was necessary if we wanted to spilt up and do our own things.
Not all apartments look onto the square. Be sure when booking.

Localisation parfaite. Le numéro fourni pour recueillir le code ne réponds pas ni ne rappelle pas. 35 mn à poireauter dans le froid humide. Renovation passable d'un appartement ancien, meubles et équipements bas de gamme. Je dépose ma valise et pars manger. Au retour, je fais vraiment le tour. Vue sur cour pleine d'immondices. Ménage visiblement pas fait depuis longtemps (sol, étagères, dessus des meubles), moisissure dans la sdb; un doute me prends, je vérifie : les draps n'ont pas été changés. Appel conciergerie 21h40 qui me répond femme de menage dans 10 mn - J'épargne détails et relances. La femme de ménage a refait le lit propre et repars à 23h10 ... Inacceptable et non professionnel. A éviter donc

Great location but amenities are lacking

Amazing location. Nice building and inside the appartment. Very smooth checkin. However- a few things need updating. Toilet, wifi, microwave worked sporadically. Some power sockets don’t work. No hand soap or shower gel and a few small bottles of half used moisturiser. Blankets rather than duvet.

Ein Traum in Arras

Mitten in der Altstadt von Arras. Ein Riesenapartment. Piekobello sauber, sehr bequeme Betten, moderne Küche mit voller Geschirrausstattung. Wasser, Orangensaft, Milch, Cerialien, Kaffee, Tee standen gratis und teilweise im Kühlschrank zur Verfügung. Tolle Aussicht aus den hohen Wohnzimmerfenstern. Alles in kurzer Laufweite. Herzlicher Empfang. KLASSE!

Situation idéale et service de qualité

L'hôtel aurait besoin d'une rénovation mais il a d'autres qualités : il est idéalement situé avec une vue superbe sur l'hôtel de ville, le déjeuner est vraiment bon avec des croissants et de la confiture de qualité ainsi que du vrai fromage (gruyère, brie et mimolette) accompagné d'une bonne baguette française. Le café est extra, il y a aussi des fruits frais, du yaourt, des oeufs, du jambon et j'en passe. Le patron est accueillant et serviable.

Great city well worth a visit, defo coming back, book at this hotel to be bang in the centre of it. People friendly, food really really good, family always accommodated. Visit to the war cemeteries was emotional and a must.

Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable, l’endroit et facile à trouver, il y à une vue magnifique sur le beffroi d’Arras, un seul inconvénient peut-être il manquerait un ascenseur pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Les chambres sont propres elles valent leur prix et le petit déjeuner est parfait.
