One night stopover, first time in Arras but will definitely won't be the last. Staff were excellent even setting up a seperate table for breakfast in the bar area due to us having a dog.

Great position in the middle of Arras, 2mins walk to the Grand Place. Comfortable bed & bedroom, spotless bathroom. All staff were efficient & welcoming. Secure parking on-site, for a reasonable fee, but this must be booked in advance as there are not many spaces. Recommend for a visit to Arras - a pretty place with lots of restaurants & bars and an interesting history. Thank you!

Good location in Arras with parking . Ate in the hotel restaurant in the evening but breakfast was 18€ each so gave that a miss

Hotel l'Univers is a fine old grand hotel. Our room was satisfactory, good beds and bedding, fine bathroom/shower room. Great buffet breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very well located in central area, close to darn near everything. I would stay there again.

Good location and good for parking if you prebook. Friendly staff. A little tired but not bad for the money. Overall a lovely stay. Arras is a great place to visit and only an hour drive from Calais

We had stayed before so I knew the hotel. Our rooms were on 2nd floor across the courtyard which meant the elevator only reached 1st floor. This wasn't a problem for us but some may have difficulty. Nice breakfast. Best to book parking. Only slight downside was that the car park, while very convenient, is a little tight when busy and maneuvering can be tricky. We would stay again.
