Had a very nice 2-night stay at Loch Long Hotel with my daughter and grandson. On arrival the reception area is very bright, modern and welcoming. The man on reception is extremely polite. Overall, poor standard of accommodation for £140 per night. Cleanliness and maintenance standards were very low. Had to ask for a move of room as couldnt even open the windows in our room. 2nd room was marginally better, st least we could get some fresh air!
