"Beautiful old hotel, but could use some refreshing; not that anything was tattered looking, but definitely dated. Staff was wonderful, especially Ben. Slightly disappointed when housekeeping overlooked our room one day, after a few different requests. Also disappointed that the bar and restaurant hours were very limited at this time of the year. The location was great and the views were stunning! Overall I would recommend this hotel!"

"There was no information given when getting checked in such as where the pool towels were or that no additional towels would be given out if necessary (you just have to was the ones you already have, hopefully you dont need them before you find out this information) whe. I asked the next day about where the pool was, asking about pool towels and where to find the wifi information i felt like the manager judged me completely and it seemed like she did not believe that i actually paid for my stay there. Also we were in a tornado watch with no information given on what to do in an in case of emergency situation. The cabin itself was very nice and cozy. I just wish the staff was better."

"Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Anytime one of them saw us in passing on the property, they would check on us or ask if we needed anything. The restaurant is also delicious, with a nice salad bar with plenty of options. The rooms are spacious and clean. Ample parking around the property. "

"The hotel is showing its wear and tear bathrooms. Weren’t all that clean. There was never enough hot water. I couldn’t even fill up the bathtub to take a bath the usual muffins juice something like that but the best part is that the staff is just unbelievably helpful I couldn’t find my phone after we left and we came back to get it and the girls went and looked everywhere for me.
