"Room was very clean. However if it's summer you may NOT get a river veiw. I paid extra for the veiw and the only thing we could see was the park and not the river. So do not upgrade if are hoping for a veiw of the river. We also had no hot water in our room but the staff was quick to fix the issue. ..."
