"The hotel was friendly and inviting. Good lighting. Good neighborhood. Hotel smelled nice. Our room was really clean a and nicely appropriated with lots of pillows. Staff was great. House keeping was excellent, kind and friendly. The front desk was super helpful and kind. The maintenance guy was great too (we had minor issue with our shower and it was repaired immediately). Pool was nice. Really close to dining, Target and medical facilities. Great stay!"

"We booked a night at the Sonesta Simply Suites for the night and checked-in around 9:30pm. Check in went smoothly, but we immediately noticed that the hotel hallways and elevator were filthy on our way to our room. Upon entering the room assigned we noticed an odd smell. "I had an unusual situation where I started choking in the restaurant and staff had full attention to me to make sure I was ok. Also gave extra water to go. As a whole a fantastic hotel, has everything you need. Great restaurant and room service. The room layout is really exceptional and comfortable.
