"Please drive on to next place! This property hasn’t been updated EVER! Curtains were hanging from windows barely and there was an odd smell! The smoke detector was in the nightstand next to bible, guee you should pray there was no fire! Didn’t bother to see what breakfast was but smelled bacon grease when dropped off keys! Most awful LQ. It was subpar at most!"

"The pool looked bigger in your photos, but the water was not a normal looking green color. The staff explained it away and said it was safe, but it still made us feel uncomfortable to use it. And a nice, indoor pool was a huge requirement for us. "

"First of all, I don't write reviews just to give a bad review. I had gotten a room for our friend who came in to visit our Mom who had just passed. I figured Osuna Blvd would be a decent part of town. It was clear that there were a lot of people who lived there, rather than needing a hotel. I did not feel safe. I'm glad I went earlier to try to check in bc our friend's flight came in after midnight. It took the girl up front 20+ mins to check me in. I was very uneasy bc I couldn't see what she was doing with my card. I finally told her I needed to see my card and that I'd report if there was any bs. I checked out the room, which had no bulbs in 3 lamps. Cigarette burns on the night stands. Minimal bedding. 4 roaches - one in one of the cabinets. I'm sure the no light situation was to discourage anyone from seeing them. I had to keep the door open and use my phone light to inspect. I did take pics. Lastly, when I went to look on line, the site kept driving me to this hotel. My friend needed an accessible room. I won't be using this site any more. I called my Credit Card company to be on the lookout for any suspicious charges. The site makes you feel like you better not back out. I was able to get help calling Comfort Inn to find a much better room, for not that much more. It wasn't even with them, but a SureStay on Candelaria. I hate looking for hotel reservations. I'm just thankful for these other guys who spent the time I needed to find someplace safe for my friend."
