"The hotel itself is an older Soviet-era building with very outdated plumbing, carpets, and rooms. The lobby, however, is renovated and modern. The location is also a big plus - it is very convenient to major attractions and there are plenty of coffee shops and cafes right nearby. ​The staff is wonderful - especially the cleaning ladies on the 10th floor, who were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly. ​The included breakfast is good enough, though the staff clearly gets overwhelmed...

"Wir hatten reserviert für 3 Personen. Als wir ankamen, hat uns eine sehr gelangweilte und unfreundliche Dame empfangen. Haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen bemerkten wir, dass das 3. Bett noch nicht gemacht war. Es war so vorzufinden wie vom letzten Gast hinterlassen.
