"This is a new property that featured great views and a modern design. Rooftop bar very nice and fun bartenders. Downsides included not being able to get into room late at night as key wasn’t working. Second time key malfunctioned. My husband left a family party to let me in. His key worked. "What a lovely place to stay. This hotel is located just a short walk to Skiathos town. Staff is extremely polite and helpful, speak very good English and will do everything to help you. Hotel has very convenient location and rooms are very comfortable and modern. The only downside is that main pool is closed from 7pm which can be rather inconvenient when you return from exploring the island trip and you want to wind down by the pool in the evening. "The building & rooms are a little dated. Some maintenance is definitely required. Our room was spacious, but had a badly scratched floor & missing panel on the vanity in the bathroom. The staff were wonderful & always helpful. A nice bonus to have a complimentary bus into town that you booked the night before. No lifts, but the staff helped with our cases so it wasn’t a problem."

"Perfect location, right on the beach, and close enough to walk into Skiathos town. Excellent restaurants around the property, with amazing views. The Cape Block is right on the beach. Rooms are lovely and clean. Ample selection for breakfast, although you need to be early for the hot selection to be hot, but pleanty to choose from. You even get complimentary speciality coffee from the bar. Would definitely recommend a stay here."
