"Restaurant is a machine dispensing microwaveable ready meals. Lots of the electrical points were broken. No onsite presence. We had hoped for better than a cheap budget hotel chain offering."

"Our stay at La Basserie was perfect, nothing could have made it better! "We'd definitely recommend The Squirrel's Nest. A lovely house and owners. Our room was great, spacious en suite bathroom, air conditioning which with temperatures of 40 degrees outside (canicule), was really appreciated, tea and coffee making facilities on the landing. An easy walk into Gaillac for dinner (bring a torch) and not far from routes to Albi and Toulouse. Breakfast outside in the shade of trees and the company of other guests and our hosts was delightful. Croissants, bread, homemade...
