"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?). And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."

"Truly felt like a home away from home! Self contained apartment with you all need, including essential toiletries and towels for the amount of nights you're staying. "Spent one night here after hiking Mt Homan. Free shuttle from station but it is also only 15 min walk. Check in very good. Onsen both inside and out perfect. Had dinner at restaurant and buffet breakfast. Room clean, nice products in bathroom, tv and hot kettle for cuppa. Allowed great rest post hike and early look at Dazaifu"
