시설이 오래되었더군요.. 그리고 침대가 너무작아서 힘들었어요 온천 시설도 너무 노후가되었습니다, 다시 가기는 힘들듯하네요

겨울에는 따뜻한 방이 좋죠. 하지만 호텔이 노후되어 화장실 문이 잘 닫히지 않아 큰소리 내면서 밀어서 올려 닫아야 했고, 온천장의 옷장을 큰 것도 있음에도 불구하고 작은 것을 줘서 외투를 구겨서 넣어야 했다.

편안한휴식처

교통편하고 옆에 시장있어서 먹거리 많습니다 호텔안에 온천있는데 시설은 조금 낙후되어있지만 온천수질은 정말 좋은것같습니다 평일이라그런지 조식내용이 좀 부족하였고 직원들 친절도와 청소상태 양호합니다

편하지만 오래되고 깨끗하지 않은

어른들이 좋아하실 것 같아요~ 수영장 운영 안하는지 모르고 가서 당황했네요 ㅠ 직원분들 친절하신데 청결도는...별로. 침대와 벽사이 공간이 있어서 아이가 자꾸 빠졌어요 ㅠ 2분거리에 시장이라 편했습니다~

5성급의 묵직한 호텔

오래된 호텔이 였지만 5성급의 묵직한 호텔. 주차장이 넓고 호텔내에서도 간단한 산책이 가능하며 중심가 주변이라 먹거리도 다양. 대 온천장의 온천수질은 원탕이라는 느낌을 받기에 충분함 숙박인들 부대시설 이용료 할인된 요금(온천장5,000,수영장 3,500) 수영복 렌탈은 남자만 가능함.

Good things are that parking lot is big and some popular restaurants are nearby in 5 mins on foot. hope that front dest staffs would have professional attitude and service.

오래된 건물이라 외관은 낡았지만 전반적으로 관리는 잘돼 있는 편이고 근처에 재래시장과 풍물시장이 인접해 있어서 쇼핑과 먹거리가 풍부해서 좋았어요.

아산그랜드호텔 트윈배드

트윈배드이고 3인이용가능하다고 해서예약했는데 싱글침대 2개 더라구요. 잠자기 힘들었어요. 호텔이 오래되어서 시설물이 낡았어요.그래도 깨끗하게 유지하고 있는것같아요.온돌로 선택할걸후회 했어요.

5번째인가? 꽤 여러차레 방문했습니다. 이번엔 방 청소상태가 좀 별로였습니다. 화장실 거울에 얼룩도 많았고 군데군데 머리카락도... 우리나라가 좀 과잉친절을 요구하는 면이 있는 걸 감안. 이 정도면 만족할만합니다.

여름에 이 호텔은.,..

1. 체크인 (★★★★★) -. 체크인 속도가 빠르고 가능한 고객의 요구사항에 맞게 객실을 제공하고자 했습니다. 2. 시설 (★☆☆☆☆) -. 로비만 시원해요. 객실은 덥습니다. 전기가 들어오지 않아 더운 줄 알았는데 그냥 에어컨이 노후되서 그렇습니다. 개별 제어가 아닌 중앙제어 에어컨인데 노후화된터라 바람이 거의 안나옵니다. 너무 덥다보니 프론트 측에서는 선풍기를 제공했지만 여전히 더웠습니다. 3박 4일동안 잠을 설쳤습니다. -. 스위치가 침대 옆 협탁에 붙어 있습니다. 그런데... 중앙등을 끄면 TV 셋탑박스도 같이 꺼집니다. TV를 보려면 중앙등을 켜고 봐야하네요. -. 별 한개를 제공한 이유는 냉장고 하나입니다. 작지만 굉장한 성능을 자랑했고, 물이 정말 시원했습니다. 3. 서비스 (★★☆☆☆) -. 제가 냉방문제로 항의를 진행했는데 항의한 것이 미안할 정도로 친절했습니다. 실제로 객실이 원인인 줄 알고 방을 세 차례로 변경시켜주더군요. (사실 이 부분에서는 짜증났습니다. 또 짐을 싸서 옮기고...) -. 이 호텔은 칫솔과 치약, 면도기를 제공하지 않습니다. 정부 정책인지는 모르겠으나, 호텔스닷컴이 미리 공지했으면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다. 4. 총평 (★★☆☆☆) -. 시설때문에 고생하는 직원들이 있는 호텔입니다. 충남 아산 시내에 있는 큰 호텔이지만 시설은 신정호 주변 모텔이 낫다고 봅니다. -. 같은 가격이면 신축 숙소를 찾아볼 것이고, 혹시라도 이 곳에 머물러야만 한다면 여름은 피할겁니다.
