We only stayed for 1 night on our way to somewhere else but it was great, could not fault it. Check in was nice and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. Some of the front desk staff were not friendly. A bit sad you have to pay extra for access to the pool. This should be a standard offering and its hours were quite limited. The buffet and food options were pretty good. The restaurant staff were fantastic.

Slope access was excellent ski in ski out. Receptionist was Brill and sorted out an issue upon arrival with great skill. It's quite a steep walk up and down to shops and bars so be prepared for that.
