Overall great stay in the heart of Old Nice. Very close to the beach and loads of great restaurants and attractions. Breakfast is excellent and staff are very kind and helpful. Very quick to get to and from the airport. There is some road noise but the room itself is quite soundproof. Could improve ...

Property was beautiful but just too far from Nice downtown… staff was ok, area immediately walkable in back of the hotel seemed sketch. The promenade out front was better but again, 3-4 miles east of where you want to be.
