"Staff at front desk were not very helpful. The bellman was very helpful. He suggested we do self check in and we got our room. Front desks said we would have to come back later. If there was a breakfast included we were not offered it. But the view was fantastic!! "

"Room was quirky (expected) and clean, but no decaf drinks. Restaurant was adequate but with good service. Breakfast wasn’t worth the £20 we paid in advance and was offered at £15 on check-in which was a more realistic price. A good place to stay in East London and we will probably go back but without ordering breakfast."

"The Spa was very small I tried to use it on two ocassions but it already full. The Pool is great. I stayed in the excutive room which gives you access to a private room with snacks and coffeee, this space was nice but you should be able to access hot food in there."
