I made this reservation believing it was near the grand canyon. It was one of very few hotels recommended to me when I was looking for a hotel at the grand canyon. I was beyond frustrated to find that it was over an hour away from the Grand Canyon. That fact altered our trip and was a huge hassle ...

Staff people super rude. Especially the lady at breakfast! Dont remember her name but Terrible service she has rude and wouldn't let you serve your self comfortable, she had always something to say . And made everyone uncomfortable. Also rooms had lots of hairs and bathrooms weren't clean. No soaps ...
