The Hot Tub could use less chlorine and more water. The jets were shooting the water upward. The pool water was freezing. Overall, it wasn't a terrible place to stay.

Breakfast was good and tasted good. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. The Hottub was good and wasn't overloaded with chlorine. The counter staff was excellent. Never had a more pleasurable check-in.

Beautiful property. LOVELY staff. Fantastic restaurant with the most professional and welcoming and graceful bartender/waiter. Amazing value over all for such a sprawling room in such a pretty hotel. So much love has gone into the Retlaw and we'll be back soon!
