"The room was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. For those who are afraid of vermin, there was NO SIGNS whatsoever of either bugs or other vermin.. It was CLEAN. This is a place that is no frills, but for what you're paying for you get a lot, and a comfortable place to rest your head. We would absolutely go back when we're visiting the Pittsfield area."

"Yes, the breakfast was fresh, and healthful, which I appreciated...I stayed overnight in January 2026 with frigid temperatures and the Willows heat system kept the room warm and comfortable...I would recommend The Willows to anyone needing to stop overnight in the North Adams/Williamstown MA area...it is convenient and comfortable....
