"Superb relaxing getaway near the Atlas mountains after a few busy days in Marrakesh. Really attentive staff, multiple different rooftop areas to eat food from. Excursions include horse riding and mountain biking(2hrs in the morning sun is not for the faint hearted. Air conditioned tent with netflix and Amazon Prime available to watch before bed Really enjoyed our stay"

"Stunning property and lovely to be shown around by the team. Room was gorgeous but bathroom very impractical. Flush didn't work well and shower water leaked over floor. Also a very cramped space. However you get a whole living space...maybe propertions not thought out. Spa was fantastic although massage was mediocre, with poor communication from therapists about what was happening. Dinner was nice and breakfast outside was gorgeous. Didn't have time for outside pool but it looked great. A bit cold and windy (Feb). However enjoyed just wandering and looking at decor and gardens. Rest of staff ultra polite. Very quiet and restful space after hectic Marrakech."

"We had a short break of 3 nights at this hotel. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the cleaners did a good job of cleaning the room daily. The only downfall with the room is that there was no kettle and if needed you’d have to pay a charge for each night which I’ve never had done before. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful but upon check in I feel they could have done a better job of explaining certain things about the hotel as most hotels do. Lunch and dinner was excellent. The variety was huge and the food was very flavoursome and delicious. The breakfast was not to my liking but that’s just my experience as im particular with my breakfast. There was a lot of variety with croissants and pastries. There waterpark was also very good so I would recommend this hotel especially for families with young children"

"Honestly, the staff were so bad it was ridiculous. From the moment we arrived, they came across cold, blunt and completely uninterested in guests. My partner isn't Moroccan and the way he was spoken to felt noticeably different and uncomfortable. Most interactions felt like we were inconveniencing them simply by being there. I found myself having to be overly friendly just to get basic hospitality back, which made the whole experience feel awkward and forced. The evening entertainment was also a let-down. The show lasted around 15 minutes at 10pm and then that was it. My partner and I sat in the lounge area afterwards to enjoy the desert atmosphere, but a staff member kept circling around us and watching us. It became obvious he was annoyed that we weren't back in our tent by 11pm. They eventually switched off all the lights until the place was almost completely blacked out, leaving us with little choice but to call it a night lol. To top it off, our taxi driver back to Marrakech told us that out of all the Agafay camps (he’s a local there) , this one is known for having some of the poorest hospitality. He even mentioned they don't offer drivers something as simple as a glass of water while they're waiting, which says a lot about the overall attitude towards people. The desert itself was STUNNINGGG😍… but you can get those pics elsewhere!!! The hospitality fell far below expectations. I won’t be coming back, and I recommend to pick another camp."

Caravan Agafay by Our Habitas

"We stayed one night at Caravan by Habitas in Agafay and overall left feeling a bit disappointed. The setting is beautiful and the concept has a lot of potential, but the experience did not fully match the premium image and price point the property promotes. The biggest thing missing for us was attention to detail and the personal touches that make a luxury stay feel memorable. The staff was polite, but the hospitality often felt more functional than warm or proactive. Small gestures, such as a handwritten welcome note or a more personalized approach, would have made a big difference. There were also several smaller details that individually would not have mattered much, but together made the experience feel less polished than expected. Around 9am, the pool area still had towels left from the previous day and no fresh towels available yet. There were also visible objects and items around the pool that took away from the atmosphere. The amount of flies around the bar and dining areas also did not help the overall experience. That said, there were definitely highlights. The food was genuinely very good — dinner was excellent, breakfast was delicious, and one of the best Aperol Spritzes I’ve had in a long time. The bread-making experience was also a lovely moment and probably the highlight of the stay. Overall, not a bad experience, but not one that fully lived up to expectations either."

"The hotel is something you won’t forget for long time. The garden and building designed so beautiful, make you think you staying in ancient Morocco palace. Room, amenities, staff, services, breakfast, lunch dinner,everything is top notch, the only thing might mention here is that staying there could easily break your bank."
